TRIBE AMRAPALI LOYALTY PROGRAM

  1. General

    1. These general terms and conditions ("T&C") govern the Customer Loyalty Program ("Rewards Program") by TBA Jewels Private Limited ("TBA").
    2. The Rewards Program aims at providing rewards and benefits to all the customers of TBA located across the globe as a reward for showcasing their loyalty towards TBA.
    3. The Rewards Program covers all online and offline stores of TBA. However, TBA reserves the right to remove any offline store of TBA from the Rewards Program, or alter the terms and conditions of this Rewards Program with respect to any offline store of TBA.
    4. TBA at its sole discretion, without any prior intimation, may alter/modify the T&C and/or the structure of the Rewards Program including discontinuation of the Rewards Program itself.
  2. Membership

    1. The customers making purchase (either from online store or offline stores of TBA) are entitled to membership under the Rewards Program.
    2. Membership under the Rewards Program is voluntary, valid for a lifetime and is non- transferable.
    3. Any individual who has attained the age of 18 years and is shopping at any of the online or offline stores by TBA is eligible for membership under the Rewards Program as per T&C.
    4. A customer making a purchase with any offline or online TBA stores will be classified as a (i) Silver (ii) Gold and (iii) Platinum member based on their new accumulated purchases made from the launch of the Rewards Program against the tier classification done below and shall be subject to the T&C at all times.

    5. In case of any purchase made by a customer in foreign currency (other than INR), the INR equivalent of such purchases will be decided as per the discretion of TBA. Such converted INR value shall be used by TBA to ascertain the classification of customer and accumulation of loyalty points.
    6. A member will be automatically upgraded from a lower Tier to a higher Tier once the accumulated purchase reaches the minimum level for that particular Tier. However, at the time of upgradation the member will be eligible for earning Loyalty Points for the lower level Tier and not the higher Tier for the purchase responsible for upgradation of the Tier.
    7. All members of the Rewards Program are required to provide mandatory information including full name, valid & active mobile number and email-id, and adhere to such terms and conditions as may be prescribed for membership from time to time by TBA. The membership under the Rewards Program will be granted solely at the discretion of TBA and the final discretion on all matters relating to the membership shall vest with TBA at all times.
    8. The membership obtained under the Rewards Program is only for individual use and not corporate purchases.
    9. Members not having online registered account on the Website, at the time of purchase from the offline stores of TBA are required to provide their mobile number/ email-id at the store of TBA. A user profile of such member will be automatically created on the Website and the same can be updated by such member by going on the Website. For the purpose of login, the member has to use their mobile number/email-id provided at the offline store on which a confirmation code will be sent for the first time login.
    10. At any point, TBA reserves the right to withdraw, alter/modify any or all of the memberships issued. TBA will have limited liability to the Rewards Program member, only to the extent of the reward points available in the credit of the member's account. At any point in time, TBA shall not be liable to the member of the Rewards Program or his/her family members/friends for any inter se disputes between them. TBA will not be liable to customers for not giving any benefit of Rewards Program/ Loyalty Points, due to discontinuation/ cessation of Rewards Program/ Loyalty Points under any legal/ statutory requirement.
  3. Earning Loyalty Points

    1. All the members under the Rewards Program will earn reward points based on the accumulated purchases they make on the online or offline stores of TBA under their membership number ("Loyalty Points"). The number of loyalty points earned by a member is based on the tier category (refer Membership point 4 above).
    2. Members will earn Loyalty Points as per below mentioned basis for every purchase (invoice amount less taxes and statutory levies) of jewellery products from online and offline stores of TBA:
      Tier Loyalty Points
      Silver 1 point on every purchase of Rs. 100/-
      Gold 1 point on every purchase of Rs. 50/-
      Platinum 1 point on every purchase of Rs. 35/-
    3. Loyalty Points will be earned on the purchase value excluding taxes and statutory levies.
    4. The credit of Loyalty Points against purchases made at all offline stores of TBA will take at least 1 day to reflect in the member's account. For all online purchases made at www.tribebyamrapali.com("Website") for prepaid orders, the credit of Loyalty Points will take place after 15 days of the order getting shipped; and for COD orders, the loyalty points will be credited after 15 days of the order getting delivered. However, TBA shall not be responsible for any delay in having the loyalty points credited into the member's account.
    5. Members can check the Loyalty Points earned by them from their online account on the Website or from the counter of offline store at the time of purchase from the offline store. Provided that the facility to check Loyalty Points on the offline store may not be available at some offline stores of TBA as per the discretion of TBA.
    6. The Loyalty Points earned would be valid for 12 months from the date of credit of points. If not spent within 12 months from the date of credit of points, such Loyalty Points will automatically lapse and will not be re-credited in any event.
    7. The Loyalty Points earned by the members are non-transferable in nature to any person whomsoever.
    8. TBA reserves the right to refuse to award Loyalty Points for any breach or non-compliance of these terms and conditions or failure to pay for the purchases.
    9. Loyalty Points earned under the Rewards Program cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount whatsoever. Loyalty Points will not be earned inter alia any of the following events:
      1. Special Offers
      2. Sale Days ( except the collections that are not on sale )
      3. Promotions - (for eg : Gift Box )
      4. Purchase on which separate discount is applicable.
  4. Redemption of Loyalty Points

    1. The Loyalty Points credited to the member’s account can be immediately redeemed towards the next purchase of products at all online/offline stores of TBA subject to the T&C. The value of each Loyalty Point is equal to 1 INR.
    2. In case of the customers making purchases in foreign currency (other than INR), the conversion value of INR to such foreign currency, to ascertain the value of each Loyalty Point in foreign currency, will be decided as per the discretion of TBA.
    3. Once the transaction is completed, the Loyalty Points in a member's account will be reduced to the extent of the Loyalty Points spent. If there is any shortfall in payment under an invoice after redeeming the Loyalty Points, the member shall pay such amounts separately by other means as suggested by TBA to such member.
    4. For redeeming the accumulated Loyalty Points on online purchase, member at the time of purchase from the online store of TBA can directly make payment by using their Loyalty Points credited in their respective online registered account on the Website.
    5. For redeeming the accumulated Loyalty Points on offline store purchase, member at the time of purchase has to provide their registered mobile number/ email-id at the payment desk of offline stores of TBA. Member should also carry a valid Govt. ID proof for validation which may be undertaken by TBA at its discretion. Thereafter, the Loyalty Points will be automatically deducted from the user profile of the member while making payment at the offline store of TBA.
    6. Loyalty Points once spent against a purchase can, in no event, be re-credited or reversed.
    7. No cash refund will be entertained for purchases made by redemption of the Loyalty points in the case of purchase returns/exchange. In an event of return/exchange a customer shall be eligible to earn Loyalty Points on the payment of additional amount (if any) made on such subsequent purchase.
    8. TBA shall reserve the right to refuse redemption of Loyalty Points for any breach or non-compliance of the T&C or failure to pay for the purchases.
  5. Other Benefits to Members

    1. Special Discount
      1. On a given day of their choice in a year, members of Rewards Program can avail special discounts on the basis of the Tier they fall into for any size of single order as per the table given below:

        Platinum 7% 2 times
      2. As a part of the above given privilege, the special discounts as applicable above can be clubbed with any other offer available on that given day.
      3. The privilege of members to avail such special discounts as per the Tier will lapse automatically after expiry of 12 months from the date of qualifying for such Tier membership. Upon expiry of 12 months, two new coupons will be issued for the next 12 months by TBA.
      4. Members can avail such special discount at the time of purchase from both online store and offline stores of TBA.
      5. In case the membership of a member upgrades from one Tier to another Tier within 12 months from the date of qualifying for previous Tier membership, the upgradation of the special discount from one Tier to another Tier will happen only upon expiry of the said 12 months.
    2. Exclusive Sale Days for Members
      As a special benefit to all members, exclusive sale days will be announced a day prior to normal sale days for the members of the Rewards Program. TBA will inform the members about exclusive sale day from time to time. The members of the Rewards Program can take benefit of separate shopping hours as per the table given below:

    3. Priority on Order Inquiry As a privilege, members of the Rewards Program will be given priority for all sold-out products inquiry and will receive prior intimation when such a product inquired by the member is back in stock.
  6. Other Terms and Conditions:

    1. TBA reserves the right to withdraw any one or all of the memberships issued under the Rewards Program.
    2. The members are requested to update any change in their registered mobile number, address and any other profile information from time to time on the Website, or write to us at help@tribeamrapali.com, or call us on (+91) 01412771661. The member shall be responsible for providing accurate information, including name, address, email-id and mobile number. TBA relies solely on the information provided by the member from time to time and shall not be liable for any incorrect information or failure on the part of member to forthwith update any information or any consequences arising thereof.
    3. In the event of a dispute between the member and TBA, with regard to or in relation to the Rewards Program, the decision of TBA shall be deemed as final and binding.
    4. All the terms and conditions are subject to the Indian law and disputes, if any, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan India.
    5. By becoming a member of the Rewards Program, a customer consents to and agrees to be bound by all the terms and conditions mentioned herein or as modified or varied from time to time by TBA.
